Michelle Ann Henderson

Michelle Ann Henderson, age 67, of Albert City, Iowa died March 1, 2026 in Pocahontas, Iowa. 

In lieu of an immediate service, family and friends will gather to celebrate Michelle's life at a small, intimate memorial when the warmer months arrive. Details will be shared when arrangements are finalized. The Sliefert Funeral Home in Albert City is in charge of the arrangements. 

Michelle was born January 24, 1959 to George and Marvel Buse. She attended school in Albert City, Iowa, graduating in 1977.

Michelle owned a restaurant. She was a member of Spoons Club. Michelle loved traveling and she enjoyed time in the pool with friends and family. In her free time, Michelle enjoyed tinkering in her garage and taking trips to the casino. More than anything, she treasured time with her family. Michelle will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Michelle is survived by her daughter: Melanie (Tim) Fuchs of Albert City, Iowa; grandchildren: Kiley Fuchs (Diego Zavala); McKenna Fuchs (Zach Schneidmiller); Addisyn Fuchs (Christian Vazquez); great-grandchildren: Amara and Enzo Zavala; Stetson Kraft; brother: Kevin (Shelly) Buse; niece: Jordan (Josh) Kermes and their children, Gage, Emma, and Kaden; nephew: Kash Buse; extended family and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Marvel Buse.
