John Tripp, age 49, of Keystone Heights, Florida died November 29, 2015 in Salina, Kansas.

Funeral services will be held Monday, December 7, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. at the Sliefert Funeral Home in Albert City. Burial will follow in the Poland Township Cemetery in Marathon, Iowa. Visitation will be Monday, December 7, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until the beginning of the service at the funeral home. The Sliefert Funeral Home in Albert City is in charge of the arrangements.

John was born in Spencer, Iowa on June 26, 1966, a son of the late Pauline (Baker) and Alvin Tripp.

Survivors include his significant other, Dayna Spies of Keystone, Florida; brother, Brent Tripp and wife, Katie of Waterloo, Iowa; three sisters, Teresa Klaassen and husband, Kevin of Sibley, Iowa, Paula Jarvis and husband, Robert of Pocahontas, Iowa, and Michelle Logue of Salina; his is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help defray funeral expenses.
