Dear Dick and Family,
I was saddened to hear of your mom's passing. I always heard about her over the years because she was in my dad, Richard Burr's class in school. Their class members always enjoyed keeping in touch, even though some of them had moved to California and other distant places. When they had school reunions in Sioux Rapids, the members of Dad's and Gladys's class came to our house for brunch or coffee. They had such a good time catching up with each other, even though it had been many years since they graduated. I just wanted you to know how much Dad thought of Gladys. He has been gone for 5 years now. And, Ann was in my Sunday School class when we were young. Sending wairm regards from Wisconsin, Michele Burr Mickelson

I'll always remember her.. My Grandma and Grandpa Della and Ed Vail brought my brother and I down to the farm often, to see the sheep. Gladyce was an amazing women.. She made all my baby blankets and she sewed all my mother's Connie Peta, Bridesmaid dresses..

It's sad our families can't get together more often.
my parents don't have email. But Dick should know how to get ahold of them. They would love to tale with you and my mother has tons of pictures of when Dick was a kid if he ever wants them get a hold of my parents, they still in same town and same phone. lol
